This charming little house is located on a quiet road in a holiday-home area, featuring a lovely garden and a delightful terrace where the sun shines all day. If the weather should fail, there is also a covered terrace. Inside the house, you’ll find a bathroom with a spa bath and sauna, 2 good bedrooms, a loft with a TV and space for 2 people, and a spacious open kitchen-living area with a cozy dining corner and a comfortable sofa group. The house is heated with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for the cold winter evenings. It is close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants, making it the perfect location for a wonderful holiday in Fjellerup.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
