Located in a residential neighborhood near downtown Montreal, this is the perfect vacation rental for your family or friends. Easily accessible by car and public transit (5-minute walk to the metro) and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops.

Close to the main highway leading to downtown Montreal and Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. For those who enjoy walking, the Namur metro station is just a 5-minute walk from our place, located on Jean-Talon Street.
** No parties or gatherings are allowed in the apartment.
We are in a residential building with families.
If this rule is broken, law enforcement will be called, and everyone will be evicted from the unit without a refund.
** Smoking cannabis or cigarettes is prohibited in the unit.
If the unit is returned with a smoke odor, 150$ will be deducted from the security deposit.
** Shoes must be removed inside the unit.
