Great 1 bedroom apartment in a perfect location, opposite Park and walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. We had a couple of repairs required (kitchen sink leaked and bent curtain pole preventing access to balcony) but the owner came and fixed the next day. Cons were: Collecting and returning keys proved to be tricky with 2 four digit locks to open in very low down letterbox and on final morning we attempted to dispose of bag of weekly garbage (following instructions left) only to find the room with bins was locked. This left us no alternative buy to leave our garbage in front of this room (which stated leaving garbage would mean a fine) As we were following instructions we were given, we had no alternative but to leave it there.

Misunderstanding regard entry and parking space. Cleaner onsite at entry to North Tower was most helpful with understanding facilities.
