Escape to this charming beac home in Dorado del Mar, just steps from the sand! Perfect for families or small groups, this serene getaway features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, easy beach access, and a relaxing stay near local attractions. Ideal for sun-soaked vacations, family gatherings, or a quiet coastal retreat.
Cozy house in Dorado del Mar, just steps from the beach and with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for families. With a capacity for 7 people and 2 bathrooms, it offers comfortable and bright spaces ideal for relaxing. Located near restaurants, parks, and outdoor activities. Enjoy the tropical breeze, the safety of the community, and the serenity of the area for a relaxing vacation in Puerto Rico.

1. Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
5. Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
7. Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
8. Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.
