Located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the heart of Telluride, this home offers the best of both worlds—peaceful forest surroundings and quick access to top attractions. Whether you're hitting the slopes at Telluride Ski Resort, hiking nearby trails, or strolling downtown, this retreat keeps you close to it all.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. While the home is not on a shuttle line, it’s less than 10 minutes by car to lifts, trails, markets, and dining. The garage has 9-foot clearance for SUVs with gear.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in Telluride, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

No fires in the outside firepit per HOA rules
