Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home on the water with direct gulf access with boat dock. Less than a block to 3rd St restaurants and shops. 3 blocks to beach. Huge outdoor area with resort style pool, full outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and dock. Separate, large upstairs master with own wing of home. Upstairs, open living room with wraparound porch. Modern kitchen with french doors out to the pool.

What a wonderful house! The location was excellent and the outside pool area was our favorite. Dan was very accomodating and the house was well equipped. When I go back to Naples I will try and book this house again. It was perfect for my family.

We had an amazing week in downtown Naples! You can’t beat this location and overall uniqueness of the property. Had everything we needed - beach towels, beach toys, bikes, you name it. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house is very clean and well accommodated with supplies beyond what we have experienced at other rentals. The outdoor space was fantastic - we used it extensively including the pool that was heated to 85F. Location was great as we walked into Old Naples for dinner as well as to be beach (which is a great beach!) The owner was very attentive, reacting same day to our inquiries. We would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The location was exactly as claimed, very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. All in walking distance. House was very clean and almost everything was new. The host was VERY responsive with any questions or requests we had. I would highly recommend this rental!
