NEW Dream condo steps from the beach 1BR, 1BA

This unique place has a style all its own. This beautiful condo is a 1BR, 1BA first floor, located within a 3 minute walk to our stunning Bávaro beach, where you have beach access w/o consumption. It's also near numerous great restaurants. The community has a pool, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, exterior dining table, etc.

The condo is perfectly decorated and equipped with everything you need to be comfortable in your home away from home.

The space
The bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet with a safe. The bathroom is large and luminous with extra storage space, and the living area has a 43” TV. The condo has a full kitchen with doors to the terrace, and next to it there’s a large dining table with 2 seats, which can be use as a work space too. At the terrace there is a seating area plus dining for 4 and the terrace also has roller shades for privacy.

The unit has AC in the bedroom and living areas plus a ceiling fan in each space. It also has private WiFi (40 Mbps).

The unit has a washing machine, clothes dry rack , the kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge, oven/stove, toaster, etc.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected via vrbo at the end of your stay via the Resolution Center.

The cost of electricity pretty much depends on how much you use the A/C. It can be anywhere from $1-$2 US per day to over $10 US per day if you were to leave the A/C’s on 24/7.
Other things to note
You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here.

We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), a bar of soap, two Tide pods, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish cloth and a couple of garbage bags. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacement 5 gallon bottles to the condo for about RD $100 (NOTE: they will expect to pick up the corresponding number of empty bottles for that price, otherwise, you would need to pay the deposit on any new bottles).

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 6 PM. For any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours, there will either be a lockbox with the key inside OR a code given in cases where there is an electronic lock.

Normal check in time is after 3 PM and normal check out is by 11 AM, however we are flexible unless other clients are arriving and/or departing the same day.
