The second floor will be the main hub for entertaining the whole gang after a day on the slopes, as a stylish full kitchen, accommodating dining area, spacious living area complete with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony are all you need to make tasty meals or reminisce with loved ones.
The top floor is home to three bedrooms and another lounging area, so settling down will be a breeze with a king bed in the main bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, and a queen bed in the other two rooms. These rooms share another full bathroom.
The lower floor is home to the last bedroom boasting a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, and the kitchenette is complete with a full fridge, small cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The private backyard offers mountain and red rock valley views, a hot tub, and no neighbors in the rear.
