Welcome to your modern home in Las Vegas—just 10 minutes from the Strip! Enjoy a stylish and peaceful getaway in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. An oasis in a “private” backyard
The highlight of the property is the private outdoor retreat:
• Sparkling heated pool
• BBQ (charcoal required)
• Outdoor lounge area
Optional pool heating (48 hours’ notice required)
Winter (November–February):
• 200$ rate (first day)
• 80$ per additional consecutive day
Summer (March–October):
• $80 USD per day
Pool maintenance takes place on Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (patio lights and pool equipment are turned off after 9:00 p.m.). A fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for families and groups. Whether you’re visiting to spend time with family, enjoy a relaxing getaway, or take an unforgettable trip to Las Vegas, this home offers comfort and style.

Host was very responsive and property was very nice. Only problem we had was that the listing said King size beds and there was 2 queens and 2 smaller beds. Other than that it was a beautiful property
