There are also two RV pad sites with 30-amp and 50-amp power and water hookups.

Full and content, find yourself relaxing in front of the gas fireplace's constant warmth.
Equally inviting, the bedrooms are all lined with soft linens, western mementos, and ceiling fans. The three primary suites showcase extra exceptional amenities like vaulted ceilings, picturesque views, and large en suite bathrooms. Use the bunk room with 6 brand-new Murphy-style twin beds when additional sleeping arrangements are needed. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning wrap up the radiant interior amenities.

This property is Amazing. Quiet, Very well equipped with everything you need. Old College Friends down for Golf weekend with Sqaw Valley & Pecan Plantation near by. Easy to get to from Lubbock, Austin, Dallas, & Tyler. Great location & Beautiful Home.

We hosted christian women's retreat here. It was so perfect. The big table in the back was just the right size for us to gather for bible study. The sunrise in the mornings were AMAZING! Hot tub at night was a great way to end the nights. The murphy beds were a great size for adults!! This house was absolutely stunning & I would highly recommend. The views are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family spent four nights at this location. We were a group of 14 ladies. This place has amazing views. We enjoyed the covered porched with a long table and chairs. The pool and spa were a hit. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware and more. The appliances were nice and with a big refrigerator. They had a big washer and dryer. Pool towels were supplied. The showers had body soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The few questions we had were promptly answered. The family members all agreed we would definitely come back.

This place is stunning! The view alone is enough, but the rooms are are amazing too. We loved our stay here, 14 women. There was enough bed & bathrooms, and all beds were very comfortable. We loved the two kitchens and large dinning table to accommodate our activities. The house is close enough to town with great shopping and dinning options.
