About this apartment rental

Situated on a pedestrian street, the Elfriede 1912 apartment is just a one minute walk from the Council Square. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of a spacious living room. There are two separate entrances, so couples can enjoy their privacy. There's also a kitchen for all your holiday needs and a modern bathroom. The apartment is located in a house built before the First World War. It has a surface of 98 square meters (or 1.054 square feet). The property has been fully renovated. Great care was taken to preserve the charm of the historic building, while providing up-to-date comfort. The original stoves have been kept for their historical value, but the heating system is modern (radiators and gas boiler).

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The hosts live in the same building and have been very responsive and helpful the entire time, sharing conversations and tips for things to do in the area. The location is right in the pedestrian old quarter and very close to the central square - pretty hard to beat. The apartment is very spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well furnished and came with a coffee machine,coffee pods and tea. The hosts really made great efforts to make us feel welcome going as far as putting drinks in the fridge on the first day.The large living room-dining area separates the 2 rooms, allowing for some privacy. You can even recycle while staying there. Thanks again for this wonderful stay in Brasov!
