We went this route so our guest(s) could use this flex room as they wish: either as a bedroom or a spot to hang out, watch / stream TV or video, chat, or simply do all the good things you do when you're just relaxing on your getaway.

Check in was simple and easy, host even offered us a later checkout if needed. We ended up not needing it. But so greatful he gave us that opportunity. The place was clean other than a slight fruit fly problem but it’s Florida it’s expected & in the flex room the cleaning crew didn’t sweep behind the bean bags. Other than that a very beautiful house. Was a bit noisy, Friday night had multiple police cars flying down the road. & our pizza guy had a issue delivering due to the police presence. That was a bit scary but other than that felt safe. Thank you again! We would absolutely stay here again.
