This elevated two-bedroom home makes the most of its position, with stunning ocean views from the deck, master bedroom, and living/dining area. Suitable for up to 5 guests, the property is ideal for families, couples, or small groups to settle in and relax.
Step outside onto the sun-drenched deck to enjoy long, lazy mornings or an evening BBQ overlooking the water. Inside, the home is well-equipped for both comfort and connection, featuring an air-conditioning/heat pump, a range of board games, and toys to keep younger guests entertained.
Kuaotunu Beach is only a short 5 minute stroll away, making beach days effortless. Local favourites like Luke’s Kitchen, the Kuaotunu Store, and the beachfront coffee spot at KuaKawa Café are only a few minutes away—close enough to stroll, yet far enough to keep the home feeling private.
For wider exploring, the beautiful bays of Otama and Opito are within a short drive, while Whitianga’s shops and amenities are just 15 minutes from the doorstep. Parking beside the house is convenient for everyday vehicles, though the driveway isn’t suited for boats; roadside parking is available for those bringing one along.
