We provide contactless check-in. You will be provided with check-in detail 48 hrs before checking in.
Early check-in or late check-out: We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can. You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart.
We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm. Let me know if you want this option and we can arrange payment.

No pets allowed.
2 vehicles max. Garage not available.
Weekly pool and lawn maintenance is scheduled and cannot be skipped.

Our stay was practically perfect in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and can highly recommend this villa and host. The house was clean and comfortable. Enough of everything we needed. And if privacy is important to you, you won’t be disappointed, as you’re not overlooked at all. It felt like a home from home. If I was pushed for one thing to make it even better, it would be softer, more comfy outdoor seating. Our host was friendly, responsive & accommodating, very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Sent lots of local information that was useful too. We were able to extend our stay by one night when plans changed very last minute, which was amazing.Resort/location: we were over from the UK supporting our daughter at the cheerleading worlds, so the location to ESPN & Disney parks was ideal, approx 20mins drive. Publix is 5/10mins drive. The onsite bar and restaurant was great, open to eat in or takeaway, and staff are really friendly

House was beautifully laid out ! We enjoyed the pool after long days . Ran into a few minor issues but the host was amazing and got back to us asap ! She was great nice quiet area . Little further away from parks and shopping give yourself sometime with traffic. Things I would recommend would be some hand soap and dish cloth. But bought our owe so no big deal . We didn’t sweat the small things . Would definitely stay here again just for the quick replies from Genesis!

Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. Once we got there we noticed that their was no hand wash in the restrooms and no soap for dishes. When i went to grab a bowl, their was dried noodles on them. So i was hoping to find dish soap but nothing, so i had to go buy at the store. House didnt seem vaccummed correctly. Toilet paper was limited and paper towels also limited.It was a nice house. Location was nice and the resort was nice as well. Also had to run the dish washer with only water because their was no pods available either, so that makes me think that the dishes are not being washed correctly. I did leave hand soap in the bathrooms and dish soap in the kitchen since i didnt want to take them. The pool was a plus. My kids had fun.
