MY HOST WAS VERY PERSONABLE & QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY TEXT QUESTIONS!! MY STUDIO APT./CONDO WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN & WELL APPOINTED. VERY COMFORTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. BED SUPER COMFORTABLE- SHOWER & SHAMPOO ITEMS WERE " TOP SHELF" QUALITY !! W/IN WALKING DISTANCE TO OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY! AIR CONDITION & OVERHEAD FAN WORKED PERFECTLY & WERE TURNED ON BEFORE I ARRIVED- APT. WAS VERY QUIET FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP - ** THE SUGGESTION I WOULD MAKE WOULD BE A THOROUGH STEAM CLEANING OF THE STAIR WELLS & THE HALLWAY SIDEWALKS LEADING UP TO THE ROOMS, **AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH- THERE WAS TRASH IN THE STAIRWELL, LEAVES LEFTOVER FROM THE FALL SEASON IN THE WALKWAY CORNERS & STAINS FROM FOOTPATH MARKS & SPILLED DRINKS ON THE WALKWAYS. IF THERE IS A MONTHLY HOA FEE CHARGED TO EACH UNIT OWNER... THE HOA IS NOT!! DOING A GOOD JOB AT ALL ON ROUTINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE. THE OUTSIDE CLEANLINESS BRINGS DOWN THE OVERALL AESTHETIC VALUE OF THE PREMISE... MY OVERALL STAY WAS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE !!

Cowboy Luxe is a well stocked and beautifully decorated studio apartment. My husband and I stayed here for The MidSouth race. The apartment had everything we needed and is within walking/biking distance to many restaurants. Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! It was quiet, convenient, and parking was easy. Our host was super communicative and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend.
