Around The Pickled Pines (ATP for short- previously known as Morning Roast) is a stunning cabin in the heart of Hochatown/Broken Bow that is built for play. This is less than a 5 minute drive from the main center of town but you would not know it! We love venturing to the lake to go fishing or catch a bite at Hochatown Saloon or Grateful Head Pizza - these are literally minutes away!

Step outside to your own private, lighted, and regulation size pickleball court or watch the games unfold on the deck behind it. Access the pickleball court from our recently added deck or from the front of the home. Basic paddles and a handful of pickleballs are available for use during your stay. The hot tub will be waiting for you post game and/or a fire pit that is begging for you to roast a s'more! S'more roasting sticks are provided =). Even on a rainy day a competitive game of corn hole is also waiting for you under the covered back patio.

The interior is equally thoughtful in its design offering spaces that appeal to all ages. ATP opens to a spacious kitchen which includes top of the line appliances and is equipped for all your cooking needs. This open floor plan between the kitchen, living room and dining area together creates the heart of the home. Equipped with an oversized dining table - meals are not a problem for large parties! Our coffee bar is also stocked! We encourage you to enjoy a cup of coffee outside on the back patio, on the deck or by the fire pit and take it all in - we have deer and small animals that frequent the area and often are most visible early in the morning or later in the afternoon. 3 king bedrooms are located downstairs all of which include a private ensuite bathroom. 2 of the 3 downstairs king bedrooms also include private entrances to the back patio. The 3rd downstairs king also includes bunk/loft area ideal as a room for older kids or parents + younger kids (this room sleeps 4). The 4th king bedroom is upstairs and shares a full bathroom with the upstairs 6 bed bunk room. Off the living room is a game room with ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. This room also includes a half bath for added convenience. The home is equipped with Sonos speakers that play throughout the downstairs kitchen/living/gameroom and on the back patio. We encourage you to keep your favorite tunes going!

We have additional board games, puzzles and kid toys for a variety of ages - perfect for a rainy day or just because! Note that in the event you have younger children that would require a pack and play you do not need to bring that with you. We have 2 on hand for added convenience.
