Sundance is very good at vacations. This three-story home offers four bedrooms, a crow’s nest, and plenty of room to spread out inside gated Pinecrest on the south side of 30A. Out back, a heated private pool with a playful water feature sets the pace for lazy afternoons and easy post-beach cool-downs, while a community pool is just steps away.

But when you’re feeling social, a community pool is just steps away, while the sugar-white shoreline and the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach are just a minute bike ride from the front door, keeping things flexible and footwear optional.
The first floor is designed for together time, with two generous sitting areas anchored by a gas fireplace and a 60” TV. The kitchen handles crowds with ease thanks to a full Thermador appliance suite, Italian marble countertops, handcrafted cabinetry, and an oversized island that naturally becomes the gathering spot. A guest bedroom with private bath and porch access, plus a laundry room and half bath, round out the level.
Upstairs, two primary suites offer private balconies and well-appointed baths, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a soaking tub and oversized rainfall shower. A bunk room with two full-over-full bunks adds a kid-friendly setup, and a wet bar on the landing keeps snacks and coffee close.

Beautiful property. We did have some issues with appliances working and pool furniture and umbrellas. The home was lovely and large enough to comfortably be there with family. Just needs attention to some details.

The house was a great size for a family or multiple families. The pool was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet even though the house backed up to the road. Bathrooms were well decorated and clean. The kitchen had expensive and high quality appliances. BUT, the house was not very clean. The kitchen countertops were dirty, the floors were filthy, and we found dirty socks by the couch. The furniture is beat up and needs to be replaced. The master bed was comfortable but the frame squeaked anytime you rolled over. We also had issues with the trash being picked up and the front door not unlocking. The kitchen was also stated to have been “well appointed” and it lacked a lot of items. The items that were there, were dirty or old.

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect.
It was an easy walk to Inlet beach and to Rosemary Beach
