Cozy and bright 35 sqm apartment, able to accommodate 2 people, located on the ground floor of an 8-storey building in Piazza Bottini, a stone's throw from the Lambrate stop of the Green Metro Line and the train station of the same name.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach Milan-Linate Airport, while the Città Studi district is just 1.5 km away.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Street parking (not guaranteed) a short distance away.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with dining table and chairs, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffe moka, wine glasses, kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, armchair;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, central heating with thermo valves, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers and hairdryer.
ATTENTION:

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
