From the living room, broad picture windows frame the slope beyond, where skiers glide through the lingering snowpack. Evenings naturally draw you toward the fireplace, its steady warmth creating a calm contrast to the chill outside.



Living spaces

This one-level townhouse provides an inviting place to settle in after time on Blackcomb Mountain. The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV for relaxed downtime, and a sofabed that adds flexibility for additional guests. The dining area seats six and sits near the windows, making it an easy space to share unhurried meals as you watch the snow fall.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with full-size appliances, granite countertops, and heated floors that take the edge off cold mornings. You can prepare simple meals before heading out to ski or return to cook dinner after a day on the mountain. A dining table offers space for shared breakfasts or evening conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom includes two low twin bunk beds suited for children. A second bathroom provides an upgraded glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, giving guests added comfort and convenience.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private deck to breathe in the cool mountain air and enjoy views of the surrounding garden area. A BBQ grill is available for year-round use, and the complex offers access to a hot tub where you can warm up and unwind after skiing.



Ski access & surroundings

Positioned along Blackcomb Mountain’s Merlin’s Run, the townhouse provides ski access from the Painted Cliff complex when conditions allow. A short walk brings you to the run that connects to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, giving you the opportunity to move easily between home and the slopes without driving.



Conveniences & amenities

The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-suite laundry, heating, portable fans, and a mudroom entry with space for gear. Essential safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided. Parking is available in a free parking garage on the premises, with additional space for bike storage.

One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 7-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
