This elegant home enjoys spectacular views of Mount Pilchuck and the surrounding forest hills. Common area amenities include a hot tub, grand piano, arcade & more. Just 30 min to Downtown Everett.

Curl up fireside in the cozy library or tackle remote work in the serene office space—surrounded by the stillness of the forest. Exceptional WiFi speed via fiber.
🎮 Arcade Fun for All Ages
Enjoy a full arcade with multiple classic free-play machines containing hundreds of classic games. We even have pinball machines and a prize-winning Stacker game—perfect for hours of fun without ever leaving property. Note we are expanding our arcade. To offer even more machines, we built a detached arcade building! Guests may see the location of the arcade eventually moved to this dedicated outbuilding.

The King bed features luxurious dual-zone adjustable zones, crisp linens, and the best pillows we could find. In addition to the breathtaking views out your windows, you will enjoy a 65” smart TV, The en-suite bath includes dual shower heads, built-in vanity, and toilet with bidet.

While the garage and in-law style basement are used for treehouse supplies and separate caretaker quarters, your stay remains private. Our discreet onsite caretakers may be seen tending the home and grounds during the day but always respects your space.

Guest Access:
This 3 acre property is yours to enjoy, We have a 2 story treehouse that is at the north west of the property, Mill House the south west of the property, and a camp site, that are also used as vacation rentals. We ask all parties be respectful of each others privacy and that all keep outdoor noise to a minimum. When renting the private room, the full kitchen is not for guest use. We have a microwave and mini fridge in each room and a coffee bar downstairs. To protect the serenity of Deer Ridge, we have quiet hours between 8pm and 8am.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the country to give you an escape from the city. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Everett and about an hour to Seattle. Downtown Snohomish is an easy drive and features many antique shops and restaurants. We are not far from the Boeing Main plant and Paine Field Airport.

Great Value for a KING bed with a hot tub. We were glad that we found this stay. beautiful view (on sunny days!) but we are originally from the PNW so we know all about gray days! Great communication and signage for arrival.
