Welcome to Sanctuary by the Sea 2122, your perfect beach retreat nestled in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. This stunning Gulf-front condo offers a luxurious escape for up to eight guests, featuring three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A custom bunk in the laundry room provides extra sleeping space, ensuring comfort and flexibility for every guest.

Step into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. Relax on the plush sofa in the living room, or step out onto the expansive balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.


Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!!  Smoking on property could result in eviction.
