• Lake Access: Swimming allowed; bring life jackets. The slope is steep but gradual, with no drop-off (up to ~6 ft deep near shore).
Parking
* Driveway fits 5 cars in front of house plus 1 boat on the gravel pad to the right (separate entrance). No RV hookups.
* Please DO NOT park on the grass. Sprinklers are at risk!

Tucked away on the peaceful Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma, Sunset Point offers direct access to some of the best fishing, boating, and kayaking on a private lake behind the house (about 20 acres of water). Launch your boat just minutes away at Willow Springs Marina (8 minutes). Also close to Newberry Creek Marina!
From sunrise coffee on the dock to sunset dinners by the firepit, this is where lasting lake memories are made.

So many things to enjoy at 376 Lake Park in Mead, Oklahoma! The house is spacious with plenty of seating areas both inside and outdoors. The kitchen is functional and well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and spacious laundry room with large washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked great, the shower pressure and hot water were excellent, and there were three bathrooms, which made everything convenient and comfortable. Every shelf, amenities, bathrooms etc was spotlessly clean.Outside amenities were a highlight — including the cabana, grill, private dock, and beautiful sunset views. The property feels very private, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. Even the trees smelled fresh and well cared for. The lake water was clear and calm enough to kayak every day. We caught (and released) bass, brim, and perch. We even spotted what we think was a little turtle.The location was easy to find and only minutes to a convenient gas station and local diner.Our contact was easy to reach by text and email and responded promptly to all of our questions throughout the stay.Pricey but worth it.

We had a wonderful time here. We fished right off the dock, the house was very clean, it felt cozy and spread out enough that we didn’t feel cramped. There was a Walmart 15 minutes away for big grocery shopping and the smaller store 3 minutes from the house for last minute things. We drove to Tishomingo one day and shopped the little town and antique store. Mostly stayed at the house played games, kayaked, fished and watched movies. It was absolutely wonderful.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. There were six of us. We spent time relaxing, fishing, and hanging out. We loved the porch and the fishing dock. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to find. We will definitely be coming back.
