Villa Lunablanca can accommodate up to 10 people: it is a magnificent 217m² house on a total area of 3,000m², consisting of a main house built on two levels and an annexe with independent access.
From the very first impact, the house leaves one completely breathless: it is a perfect blend of pastel colours that mix with the colours of the surrounding nature, reinforced by the skilful use of complementary materials, which, although different, give it a modern style that is at the same time anchored in the Ibizan architectural tradition.
The amber-coloured stone walls, the predominance of white and the important presence of glass windows make everything light, harmonious and strongly distinctive.
The outdoor area is a veritable dream: a pergola with exposed wooden beams houses a cosy outdoor dining area and a chill-out zone, while further on the swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and the landscape seems to be merged with the sea in the background. This alone would be enough to make it the perfect location for your holiday in the company of friends or family, to enjoy an aperitif at sunset with the sound of the sea in the background or a dinner in the lunar shade of the pergola. The large living area consists of an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has two chill-out areas with sofas: one surrounding the charming fireplace, and the other adjacent to the dining area. From here, the entire windowed wall allows you to enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the coast and the sea.
The same level leads to the first sleeping area: even your moments of relaxation, in this stunning location, will have unparalleled comfort and views!
