Stayed here for Rockville. The place was a good value since it sits right on the beach with private steps down to the water. A great porch to sit and look out at the ocean view. 3 rooms are very good size with comfortable beds. There is an additional room that has two sets of bunk beds that is tiny. I think it would be better to remove the one set of beds to make it a bit more comfortable. There is only one bathroom and the toilet had some issues but it worked for us and Ken had a guy coming to work on it the last day. Where the place really shined though was with Ken the owner. He was very communicative and receptive to all our feedback. He also let us know that if we ran into any trouble at the concert that we could give him a call for help. True to his word when the venue had to pause because of a bad storm he reached out to make sure we were ok and to ask if we needed anything.Thanks Ken!
