    They have excellent staff. We misplaced our phone but the front desk girl helped us to locate and arrange pickup back to the hotel.. overall good property and nice staff

    For international travelers -approach station H01 -ask to call hotel and they will send shuttle bus. 15 mins drive. Await for the shuttle bust at T2 exit 47.

    It truly is a shame that such a beautiful property, with its carefully designed, ample rooms and common areas, would be administered in such a sub-par manner: the staff at this very global brand by an International airport speaks no English or other languages (none, not even enough English for check in), they have removed services most travelers choose this property for (such as room service, which was still shown in my room’s TV as an option when I arrived and I had to be told it was actually removed by management as I was about to order), and struggle to gather messages via third party booking websites, such as Agoda, to schedule a shuttle pick up from the airport, leaving guests stranded and confused as to why their request didn’t get taken in consideration. If you are looking to stay here because you trust the Mercure brand guarantees a certain standard, please don’t bother: this one hotel is an absolute exception that will pull the standard down.
