    They have excellent staff. We misplaced our phone but the front desk girl helped us to locate and arrange pickup back to the hotel.. overall good property and nice staff

    For international travelers -approach station H01 -ask to call hotel and they will send shuttle bus. 15 mins drive. Await for the shuttle bust at T2 exit 47.

    Pros: they upgraded the room which is spacious and the overall renovation and cleanliness is good. Whole day free shuttle transfer to airport (but u have to make a reservation 1 hour in advance if it is picking up from airport. So quite in convenient if you do not have a local number to call front desk. And if u only called when u arrived, you have to wait for 45 min). Cons: at night, someone tried to tap into my room multiple times and luckily I have double locked my door. Upon feedback to the front desk in the morning which they mentioned they will check the security tape and get back, I have received no news after almost a week. Such attitude towards this kind of security concern worries me. So you may want to think twice if you are solo traveller.
