This beautiful 3328 sq. ft. home Is ideally located within the Encore Resort with a large, quiet backyard that includes a private pool to enjoy the Florida sunshine and a spillover spa to relax after a long day at the theme parks. There is plenty of space to dine outdoors or chill on the lounge chairs. It is a very short walk to the Encore Waterpark and other resort amenities without having to cross any public roadways.
The Encore Resort offers exclusive on-property amenities to include a waterpark with thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sports courts, and an activity center with a fitness room and kids' play area. The resort, about a 15-minute drive to Disney World, offers free shuttle service to the theme parks (Disney, Universal, Epcot, etc.). These resort amenities are included in the rental rate!
