I am Richard (Ruth is my wife who didn't visit Greece but booked my room for me). On arrival, the first night I stayed there, I was greeted with genuine kindness and interest by Lefterios. My room was upgraded routinely because of changes in availability. Over the next while I met Maria and then Natalia also at reception duties. All were delightful. I left the next morning but suffered a medical deterioration at the airport and was taken to hospital. I improved overnight and was fit for discharge. Lefterios rapidly made their last room available for me. Again with such kindness. I wanted for nothing under the care of Maissance and continued to recuperate swiftly. I wish those three staff, and the lovely highly professional cleaner and attentive breakfast chef, very well. Can't thank them all enough.

In my experience, nothing could have been improved upon

Très grande chambre confortable et propre. Le personnel était très accueillant. La situation de l'hôtel était très centrale dans le centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était sympas sur la terrasse au milieu du jardin de l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner était limité en qualité. Les fruits frais étaient durs et pas mûrs. Seulement des oeufs durs et pas de yaourts, c'est dommage. Très difficile de se garer, à part si vous avez une chance de trouver une place sur le parking juste à côté.
