Localisation: bien placé et ok pour l’objet de notre visite (centre-ville; transport en commun (station Guy concordia) à proximité, tout comme l’accès à des supermarchés).
Réactivité de l’hôte.
Espace spacieux et plutôt bien organisé.
Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux à notre arrivée (ampoules, porte serviette, pas de tapis de bain). L’hôte est intervenu rapidement pour ajuster. Vaisselle et couverts un peu justes peut être?
Sauf erreur, l’annonce ne précise pas qu’il s’agit d’un « basement » / entresol. Quelques odeurs subsistent malgré des prises parfumées.

The location was splendid. Some of the amenities such as the toilet, washer and dryer and tv were great additions to the space
The unit had a foul smell on all three days, you can smell it as soon as you enter the unit. Also there was construction that was happening early in the morning which was quite disruptive. Some of the doors (main door and shower door) can be fixed. For instance the shower door doesnt fully close so water kept flowing out of the shower area.
