Helpful landlord

Landlord skimped on towels. Had to pay if guest used more than two towels (in one week). :(

The apartment is located in walking distance to the university and also to an LRT station which makes it very convenient if you have business in the area. Check-in was easy and straight-forward with a door code, the apartment is very spacious with a lot of seating possibilities, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. It´s also quiet at night, good for a rest.

It was the second time that I stayed in this apartment. However, coming back after three years I would have expected better maintenance of some basic appliances. An estimated two third of the lights was broken and particularly the bathroom was very dark. Upon using the laundry rack, I first had to remove the laundry (linen and towels) of the previous guests. Being a paying guest myself, I think that this is the responsibility of the apartment owner. Honestly, if I´m on a holiday or on a business trip, I don´t want to do the laundry of previous guests. I strongly recommend the apartment owner to find a better logistical solution that doesn´t involve guests to get the host´s laundry done. Maybe outsource the laundry to an external company which picks it up, cleans it thoroughly and then delivers it again.

Все фото квартиры на сайте соответствуют действительности. В подъезде очень чисто, уютно, соседи дружелюбные. Понравилось бесконтактное заселение. При бронировании сразу предоставили мах подробную информацию. За сутки до заселения сообщили точный адрес, как попасть во двор/ подъезд/ квартиру. Менеджер всегда на связи, оперативно отвечает на все вопросы, решает возникшие проблемы. Квартира небольшая, но имеет достаточно много мест хранения, можно арендовать на длительный срок. Последние три года часто бываем в Астане проездом на сутки. За это время перебрали разные варианты: снимали квартиру, жили в апарт-отеле, гостинице... Эти апартаменты на сегодняшний день лучший вариант соотношения цена/ качество/ комфорт/ локация.

Апартаментам не хватает уюта, который складывается из мелочей. Например, в санузле починить розетку, ручку на двери, заменить дозатор мыла, добавить предметы личной гигиены (ватные палочки, диски и др). На кухне хотелось бы видеть минимальный набор продуктов (чай, сахар, геркулес, макароны), салфетки и т.п.
