Very clean and well equipped villa Villa is cleaned once every two days

To start with, this was our fourth trip to beautiful Sri Lanka and Hikkaduwa, so we have plenty of places to compare it to. The photos looked so good—they really made this villa stand out from others in Hikkaduwa—but there weren’t any reviews yet. It wasn’t a huge risk, but the sense of intrigue definitely stayed with us until we checked in! Right from the start, I was impressed that the owner approved our early check-in request. As soon as we landed on the island, I saw a message saying they were already waiting for us. We were met by a lovely elderly woman; she didn’t speak much English, but we had no trouble understanding each other through gestures. She handed over the keys and told us that "Madam Nilanthi"—who manages the cleaning and looks after the villa—would arrive later. Nilanthi came by after lunch. She is incredibly kind, modest, and helpful, always assisting us with any questions we had. She cleaned the beautiful villa grounds and the interior every morning and regularly changed our bed linens. Speaking of the villa grounds — they are exactly as shown in the photos, and even better, as the plants have grown a bit more. The grass is wonderful to walk on barefoot or just to lie on with a towel. Inside, the villa is also exactly like the pictures — zero deception. It’s minimalistic and sleek, yet clean and well-maintained. The ceilings are high enough that we didn't even need to use the air conditioning (which was important to us). Both bedrooms are more or less identical, equipped with new AC units and ceiling fans. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are snow-white and pleasant to the touch. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. The kitchen is simply excellent; it has absolutely everything you need for cooking and has a very European look, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, this villa became a true oasis of relaxation for us. It was always a pleasure to return here after the beach and spend the midday heat in comfort.

Это новая идеально чистая вилла. Территория очень ухоженная, с приятным освещением. Вечером с удовольствием сидели на террасе. Она расположена в тихом районе. Пешком до океана 20-25 мин. Мы доезжали на тук-туке до пляжа Наригама за 3-5 мин.(300 рупий) Вилла полностью укомплектована для комфортного пребывания. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате, куча посуды(было бы хорошо, если бы вы добавили еще одну сковородку побольше, а то рыба не помещается в вашу), Smart-TV, в общем все что нужно. Моя рекомендация хозяевам поставить BBQ, тогда все было бы просто идеально.

Проблемы с интернетом. Переодически он не работал.

Новая вилла. Мы были первые гости. Все очень понравилось, новая мебель, новая техника, есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Уборка и смена белья с полотенцами каждые 2 дня.
