The apt was perfect for our group of 4, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which were double beds and the third w a double bed and a folded up single bed. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, electric stove and oven (3 burners, normal electric, NOT induction) and a dishwasher. We brought our own Moka to make Italian coffee and the burners worked fine. The kitchen cabinet was well stocked w olive oil, sugar and various spices. There were 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the second one just a toilet and a sink. The AC was on and was essential during the August 2026 heat wave. With the one split unit in the living room, the AC managed to reach all 3 bedrooms and it was cool. Two additional fans were provided for the bedrooms, though we got by fine with the AC. The living room and dining area was spacious and with a table for 6. the outside balcony area had a table with 4 chairs and we found a laundry rack and could hang up our beach towels, etc on the terrace- they were in the sun and dried quickly. We were on the third floor so a bit high up and not immediately on the main street which did have some noise. The location was excellent just a few min from the bus stop for Moventis and near many shops and about a 6 min walk to the main beach. Just below the building were 2 coffee bars, a pharmacy and a bakery. Around the corner, at about a 2 min walk were a grocery store and a great little bakery for croissants and other breakfast treats The hosts were very nice and arranged for us to pick up the keys near where the bus came in. As the earlier guests left earlier we were able to enter a couple of hours ahead of schedule. They answered whatsapp messages quickly and were very responsive.

It would have been better to have 2 showers but we managed ok. It was not immediately obvious that the hair dryer was in Bedroom no 1 (on the main street) but that was our fault for not looking carefully enough.

Heureusement que les nuits n'étaient pas chaudes car la clim située dans le salon n'aurait pu rafraîchir les chambres
