Quiet and away from other guests (we had the whole house), close walk to Alma Bay, friendly staff.
Couldn't use the swimming pool but it is not a deal breaker.

On a nice property, modern, clean. In a good area, beach, restaurant etc.
Was a bit far from the bus stop for our 6 year old, can here noise from neighbouring guests

Roxanne was a perfect host - she was accommodating, responsive, and easy to deal with. The rooms were thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed as a young family to be self-contained. We would stay again without hesitation -- the grounds have very many birds and animals (including an echidna!), and are quiet.

The location was good.
The bedding set up was not clear enough & did not suit the needs of our family. The pool was not kept very well.
