Modern, very clean and comfortable appartment. Everything was working ok and internet was very good. Recently refurbished to a high standard.

Some basic amenities were missing: shower gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, only one big towel per guest. There was no beside cabinet lamp but when told the host he immediately solved this situation.

We felt just like at home.

The owner is not at all polite, friendly, or understanding; he's always annoyed and a bit aggressive. I absolutely do not recommend him. When I arrived, he told me my dog ​​couldn't stay at his place because he didn't accept animals (even though my dog ​​is better behaved than he is), despite having specifically booked and filtered for pet-friendly accommodations. I paid for a taxi service that he himself offered, picking me up in a clean and well-maintained car. On my return, I asked his daughter to speak with her father about taking me to the airport, and he came to pick me up in a filthy car, simply because he didn't accept animals. I didn't say anything because I was running late, but I was going to file a formal complaint with the reception desk. I asked his daughter to pick me up at noon, and he was outside the apartment at 11:30. According to regulations, you have to take out the trash before leaving, and while I was doing that, he entered the apartment without any authorization. That's only done after you've left, not while you're outside, and I wasn't there. At 11:45, he knocked on the door asking if I was ready, even though I had specifically asked him to pick me up at noon. He hadn't even left yet, and this man was stressing me out. On the way to the airport, he got angry and was yelling into the phone because he couldn't remember the address. I will never go back to that place again. Horrible experience👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
