Doamna de la recepție a făcut conferință la telefon, având camera la demisol, fără balcon, fara a fi specificat pe booking, ne.a deranjat.

It was exceptionally clean and had beautiful interior. The food was super tasty and the drinks.

Nothing. The property was perfect.

First thing first! A big thanks for the employees, especially the 2 ladies from the reception. They were very helpful and comunicative all our stay without being excessive. Secondly, the location is 15-20 min walk from the center and close to the Peles castle. It’s near the forest so it’s far from the public noise. It’s great for a breath of fresh air and relax. The food it’s ok. Some dishes could be better thow but it does not need to go to Sinaia for a meal. Some evenings (Saturday I think) they have live music at the dinner time which creates a cosy atmosphere. We catch a jazz live dinner and it was really pleasant. As for the room, it was big and clean. You get everything you need from a 5* hotel, except the AC🫣

Although i can understand the reason why AC is missing the weather temperature is increasing all over the world so AC is quite mandatory. The temp display in the room showed 29 degrees. It was a bit uncomfortable even sleeping with the window open.

Conceptul de Adults Only a fost primul motiv pentru care am ales Ruelle Chateau Butique. Speram sa fie frumos si liniste, dar, ne-a depasit cu mult asteptarile. Totul este elegant, de la amenajarile interioare pana la gradina. Nimic nu este lasat la voia intamplarii. Doamnele care ne-au intampinat sunt foarte dragute si iti ofera toate informatiile de care ai nevoie. De asemeni si domnul care ne-a servit in restaurant, foarte atent si amabil. Mai rar gasesti oameni atat de implicati in munca depusa. Restauranul este de asemeni foarte elegant si preparatele sunt delicioase. Am ales sa luam cina in fiecare zi in restaurantul Ruelle. Un alt punct forte este curatenia. Este impecabil. A fost o adevarata placere sa ne petrecem week-endul in mijlocul naturii. Keep up the amasing work! 🙂🙂
