Veel ruimte, gelegen in een bergdorpje in een bijzonder mooi en rustig deel van de Picos de Europa. Een topper als je gaat voor de natuur, rust en als uitvalsbasis voor hele mooie wandelingen in de bergen. Met de auto ben je binnen een uur op hele mooie andere plekken in de Picos. Het huis was tijdens de hittegolf van juni 2026 lekker koel en s’avond kon je heerlijk buiten zitten met uitzicht op de bergen en genieten van de vogels.
Hoewel we hier over waren geïnformeerd door de nieuwe eigenaar heb je geen werkende WiFi. Maar de 5G verbinding van onze eigen provider werkte uitstekend, dus in de praktijk konden we internetten. De keuken en de badkamer waren smoezelig en wat (cosmetische) verbeteringen in de keuken en de badkamer zou de woning nog mooier maken.

El entorno y la ubicación de la casa es maravilloso.
La casa podría mejorar mucho. No cierra ninguna de las puertas, incluida la de los baños, que no encaja ninguna, lo cuál resulta muy incómodo. El calentador para ducharse con agua caliente apenas aguanta para tres personas. Parte de la pared del baño además esta con la pintura caída. Con cariño y detalle la casa estaría de bien a muy bien. Una pena.
