Good spot for a work trip in Nea Ionia, near convenient shopping, etc. Rooms were adequate and all utilities worked well.
The kitchen supplies could be better (there was only one sharp knife, no cutting board, etc.) Probably not ideal for long stays where you'd like to do a lot of cooking.

The flat was clean, modern, light and welcoming. This is my second time staying and it was just as nice as the first.

Really tidy and modern. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Easy to use appliances and two balconies to sit out on and watch the world go by. Lovely shower and plenty of space to cook some meals in , in the kitchen.
5 minute walk to Lidl and AB supermarket and the metro line 2 to connect to Athens city centre. Plenty of bus routes too. A few nice local bars and cafes really close by.

You could find parking space around. The furniture were ok
The way in the house was a disaster in the stairs. The flat from outside was so old. The balcony and in general not cleaned. The shower space was so small you couldn't move
