La situation géographique, la sécurisation de l'entrée, le calme et les différents petites électroménagers.
Le matelas "un peu défoncé" et le radiateur de la salle de bain très abîmé et sale.

Emplacement idéal, agencement optimisé, clarté des informations d'arrivée et de départ, cadeaux d'accueil et articles de toilette en prime :)
Il est a noter que les fenêtre donnent sur la cour intérieure du rez de chaussée (passages reguliers) et que les rideaux ne peuvent pas être ouvert si vous souhaitez rester discret car les filtres ne sont pas flouttee.

It’s in a wonderful location, felt very safe and was very easy to get to anywhere in the city. I liked the room a lot, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen was good and the shower/ bathroom facilities were great. Modern and clean!
The fridge was set a bit too high so my items became frozen. The bed was a bit creaky
