Very small and little storage

the location is great, you're in the calm part of the village. There is no noise, no people walking around, you can retreat and recharge the batteries. It was spotless the view is great

We were promised on-site private parking. We always book a studio with a private parking space because parking is a disaster in the village. To our surprise the parking was full. For that building (Port Soleil) there is a private car park, but spaces are not linked to studios, so it's first come first served and we were clearly not first. For our entire stay there were never any spots available + people even parked outside the lines. This is a first time for us in the village, and a complete dealbreaker. This should have been communicated up front and is for us the reason to never book again. We paid the same price as other places to stay (e.g. Port Venus) but we still had to park our car on the other side of the village. This is unacceptable if you don't communicate this clearly up front. The studio is clean and nice, but there is zero storage space. We had a big suitcase and a few smaller bags. There was not enough storage room to empty our suitcase stuff (there are some small cupboards, and some coat hangers on the wall) so not only did we constantly have to live out our suitcase, but there was no space to store it that was not in the way. Storage under the bed for those things would have made things so much easier, as the place is tiny. We've been to similarly sized places before but at least we could put our stuff somewhere. Communication with the agency is non-existent. We sent a first message through Booking.com the day we booked. They never replied. Some time before our arrival they sent a mail asking us about our arrival and how to arrange everything. They explicitly stated to reply to this mail. Replied to that mail, never got a reply either.
