A falta de brevidade de informações. Fechei a reserva com antecedência, mas só fui informada no dia que iniciava a diária sobre a não disponibilidade de roupas de cama e toalhas de banho. Se é uma particularidade da acomodação, por que a informação não chegou quando fechei a reserva? Alguns utencílios domésticos bem usados.
