A localização é excelente. Fica a 15 minutos a pé do local de trabalho.
Muito comércio em torno também é um fator positivo.
Um pouco de pernilongo por ser próximo de área de proteção ambiental. Mas um bom repelente resolve o problema.

Cama boa, ar-condicionado, tv bem grande e sofá confortável.
A casa é boa, confortável e bem equipada, mas não dei nota máxima por alguns detalhes que talvez o proprietário nem saiba. A janela do quarto de casal não tinha tranca (ou pelo menos não encontrei uma forma de fechar), o chuveiro não estava esquentando direito e a porta da cozinha, que dá acesso aos fundos da casa, tinha um vão que deixou certa insegurança.
