המקום קטן, אבל נמצא במרכז, מרחק נגיעה מבית חב"ד, וקרוב לקזימיץ, המקום נקי, יש בו כל מה שנדרש, עושים מאמצים להנעים את השהייה, ההוראות לצ'ק אין היו ברורות. צריך לקחת בחשבון שזו קומה שניה ואין מעלית, הכניסה לבניין נקייה ומוארת, בכל צעד נדלק האור.
זה לא קטנוני, אבל הייתי שמח אם היו שמים לא רק מגבת רחצה, אלא גם מגבת קטנה לפנים.

L appartamento è molto piccolo, ma per un soggiorno di qualche notte per una coppia è perfetto. Ottima la posizione, a piedi si raggiunge tutto! Era pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero stato sopra le mie aspettative.
Non ha la TV e se devo trovare un difetto.. il Matera no faceva un po' la buca nel mezzo... Ma davvero per il resto massima pulizia e accoglienza!
