The place is Morden, very clean and well managed. Although we had glitches in terms of communication, payment and invoicing, overall my stay was very comfortable
The breakfast option was extremely disappointing. The available options did not make sense and extremely limited. I had to choose between eggs with pancake, oat pancake or just chicken wings only ( no bread no nothing). Also the coffee was instant coffee which was disappointing for a luxury type establishment. A simple English breakfast would have been better and in my opinion this was a waste of money. I stayed for 4 days and was stuck with this limited breakfast option and ended up buying elsewhere

The environment was good. The ambience was good amd the food was excellent
The room was not clean. Found a satchet of milo and used plaster under the bed. The staff ( Emmanuel)was too rigid about their policies while our friends who took other apartments got better concessoons
