Instalaciones nuevas. Muy limpio. Siempre hay personal 24H y muy amable. Se preocupan por la seguridad.
Está ya en la primera calle del Barrio del Chorrillo, justo en la frontera de inseguridad. No he tenido problema pero al principio impresiona. No obstante el casco antiguo es pequeño y está solo a 10 min de la otra punta del casco.

We previously stayed at another property in Casco Viejo and as well we travelled on the same trip to Argentina and Brazil and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Spacious, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with the host was excellent. Location is close to all the nice restaurants and shops in the beautifully renovated old town.
Just note the area is right on the last renovated block in this part of the old town. It starts to look sketchy west of it but police seems to be on the corner 24/7 and we never felt unsafe.
