The villa itself was beautiful and the pool was great.
The lack of attention from host when maintenance is needed and nothing happens. One bathroom window wouldn't lock, a sun lounger was broken on arrival, 2 out of 3 safes didn't work. Nothing got fixed.
The shower water smelled like fart so we chose not to use them out of caution (swimming was enough).
We had arranged a late check in because we arrived late at night (and were asked to pay 200k for the privilege) and we kept Erwin updated on our arrival time. He wasn't there when we arrived so had to wait down the end of a dark laneway for him to eventually show up.
Construction happening next door, while outside of their control, really wasn't great if you wanted to have a siesta or just relax because loud power tools are going all day
