Innerhalb des Objekts sehr ruhig und sauber.
Die Räume sind bei Ankunft kaum beheizt, die Heizung muss man selbst erst hochdrehen. Im Bad (saniert) ist eine Deckenlampe, die auf Bewegungen reagiert. Wenn man morgens oder abends im dunkeln in der Dusche steht, schaltet sich das licht ab und man steht im dunkeln. Nur größere Bewegungen schalten das Licht wieder ein. TV ist nur via Internet möglich, z.B. Netflix, RTL+ ..... Kein DVB-C/S/T vorhanden. Die Hauseingangstür lässt sich manchmal schwer schließen.
