This caravan is absolutely stunning. We had a fantastic time. I’ve been coming to Durdle door camp site since I was a child (30 years), I’ve stayed in various caravans across the site and this is by far the best one I’ve stayed in. It is so roomy and spacious. There is 2 bathrooms which I was pleasantly surprised with. A smaller bathroom with a shower cubicle & toilet etc, and a larger bathroom which is attached to the main bedroom, with a whole bathtub! The caravan was very clean, beautiful furnishings that have been kept well. All utensils needed are provided for a pleasant stay. Towels & linen provided. Location is stunning, obviously! Just a short walk away from incredible hills and views and walks and trails. The door is always beautiful to see and the cove is stunning. Fantastic little beach and great ice creams & pasties. The actual plot of the caravan is handy, just around the corner from the pub & shop etc. not far from both kids parks. Easy check in, collected keys from a lockbox.

There were a few teething issues to begin with. Firstly I was called by the company who looks after the caravan to tell me the oven was playing up. Luckily we were only here for 3 nights and were eating out each night. We were told it was safe to use but to keep it switched off at the mains… to which I thought hmm.. probably best to leave it alone. Secondly, upon arrival we noticed there was no hot water coming from any taps. So I had to contact the rental company for the caravan who then contacted site maintenance on my behalf. After a 40 minute wait, maintenance arrived and fixed the issue rather quickly. Slight delay in getting our holiday started due to this issue. I feel like there could be better patio furnishings. Lovely little patio area but looked a bit glum. Could do with improving.
