Nice location and view.
Hard to locate the room. Directed as “3C” but there is no sign to indicate it. Equipments are old.

This apartment gets great scores for me on most of the things that are important to me: location is excellent in the main street super close to all shops, restaurants, shuttle buses to the national park and the harbor where tourist boats depart. It was clean, it was warm, beds were nice and towels large and fluffy. Shower of good pressure and warm, and shampoo and conditioner provided. Communication with the host was efficient, friendly and proactive (via booking app and WhatsApp, in Spanish).
Wifi signal was quite weak; often couldn’t do simple things like browse Instagram. You have to pay in cash which is not unusual in Argentina but be aware. The room and furnishings are otherwise very simple but for us it had all we needed and I think it was good value for the price. One suggestion for the host would be to put the apartment number on the door inside as we had to figure out which one was ours and hopefully didn’t disturb any neighbors. Also be aware that there is no elevator in case you have heavy luggage; we were on the second floor.
