The property is well located, ease accessibility of basic needs. The owner has put in commendable work on the property. It is well well secured, fully furnished with modern features for self-catering. It is a spacious apartment for 3-4 people, no clatter, and can be a perfect home away from home for even longer stays. There is ample parking and yard space outside, it's good for someone who wants privacy - peace and quiet as well. It's winter now, and there was a heater on sight, extra blankets in the rooms, and a stocked up coffee station.
Upon booking, I could not find the contact details to verify the place beforehand, but I took a chance because it was fitting the search. Also, the original pricing for the booking was R2 673 for 3 nights and only after approving the payment and the deduction of over R2 900 happened instead that I noticed the hidden costs of either R234.47 or R328.26 in fine print for "tax and charges." I am really not excited about that, as a result I am not planning to book via booking.com again, as it give an illusion that it is comparably affordable while not. This part is a booking.com issue, I think...
