When I originally booked here it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and had photos of the inside of the property. I assumed apartment complex. After I paid for the property the owner changed the name of the accommodation to 2 bedroom granny flat and added additional photos of the property which included the carport and exterior of the granny flat. It was definitely not what we expected and would of booked had we known it was a granny flat literally meters from the main houses back door and not an apartment as originally advertised. This was an issue because we were 3 women staying alone and we didnt feel very safe turning up there. In saying this we did not see anyone at the property the time we stayed but we did hear people and could see evidence of people living there. I rang booking.com and told them that the owners changed the property name and added photos which made us not feel comfortable for them to only tell me too bad so sad because I had already paid in full, was within cancellation period and they told me the new photos and name enhanced the property. I was very angry. No amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. Not close to transport at all, was like 20 - 30 minutes walk to light rail, then had to get off at Parramatta square and walk to Westfield Parramatta.
