Les Issambres Charmes et Confort

Les Issambres, commune of Roquebrune sur Argens (in the Bay of Saint Tropez, next to Sainte Maxime), I rent a magnificent 22m2 studio on the heights of Les Issambres for 4 people, just a few minutes from the beach. The flat is located in a secure estate with a private swimming pool and paddling pool (access with wristbands only). Quietly, you and your children can enjoy a play area, a football pitch and 2 tennis courts available in the residence located above the estate. The estate has plenty of parking space. You will be able to park your vehicle underneath the flat, where it can be seen from! The flat has a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view where you can spend some quality time. You'll find shady and/or sunny areas depending on how much sun there is during the day, with electric blinds if you need them. Inside, you will find a 2-seater bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Italian shower. The WC (suspended) is separate from the shower room. A living room equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine, fridge, hob and ceramic hob. Kitchen utensils available for 4 people with coffee machines (classic and Nespresso) 1 2-seater sofa where 2 people can sleep in front of the flat-screen TV. A large number of cupboards in each room of the flat. The flat is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which can be adjusted according to the season. Bedding: All mattresses and pillows are fitted with protective covers. Rental periods : During the high summer season, rentals are for periods of at least one week, arrivals on Saturday afternoons from 4pm, departures on Saturday mornings before 10am, (or possibly on Sundays depending on validated bookings). Inventory of fixtures and fittings : An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be drawn up on arrival and departure. At the end of your stay, the flat must be clean and tidy enough to receive other tenants (inside and outside). Safety: As regards access to the swimming pool, which is secured in accordance with standards, children are the responsibility of their parents, who release the owners from any liability. Caretaker present during July and August. Concierge fee on arrival: This fee covers a range of services designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They include personalised welcome on arrival and departure Handover of the keys. Assistance throughout your stay (information, emergencies, etc.).
